Jeanne Margret Fanning (Bluhm) passed away peacefully at her home on Blue Lake near Zimmerman MN on March 20, 2024. She was born on January 6, 1957, in Rochester, Minnesota. Jeanne was a passionate Mom of two and loved her life on the lake. She was known for spoiling the grandchildren with homemade waffles in the morning, and taking her beloved English Setter for long afternoon walks.

She is survived by her Husband Scott Fanning, son Ben (Erin) Fanning, and daughter Brooke Fanning, grandchildren Evan and Esme Fanning and her four brothers, Roy (Barb), Don, Steve (Lois), Mark.

A Celebration of Life (Open House) is planned at the Plummer House April 14 from 1-4. 1091 Plummer Ln SW, Rochester, MN 55902
